My stay at Boutique Art Giulivia was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, being close to the city center and bus stops. However, I faced several issues such as a language barrier with staff and problems with the room facilities. Overall, it has potential but could use improvement in service and amenities.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room, which had a nice vibe but lacked some basic amenities like soap in the toilet and slippers. The room also had a peculiar issue with the light switches being connected to adjacent rooms.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The woman at the front desk did not speak English, and my queries about transportation were ignored. It would have been helpful to have better communication and support.
Location
8.0
The location was quite favorable, being very close to bus stops and within reach of the city center, which made it easy for me to explore Rome.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were available nearby, but I didn't fully explore them, as my stay was short.
Facilities
5.0
The facility had some appealing features like keys for freedom of access to the hotel which I appreciated. However, the lack of functioning air conditioning and unclear Wi-Fi instructions detracted from the overall experience.

6.0/10

My stay at Boutique Art Giulivia had its ups and downs. The location was great, very close to bus stops and the city center, making it easy to explore Rome. However, I faced some issues, including a frustrating check-in experience and a room that didn't match expectations. Overall, it was decent for the value but could definitely use some improvements.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in, a Beautiful Double Room, was equipped with wifi and a coffee machine, but the overall impression was that it didn't fully match the photos shown online. It felt a bit dated, and I wasn't able to check in as smoothly as I hoped.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired. I arrived to find the room still being cleaned and had to wait over 40 minutes before being able to check in. There was a lack of communication regarding check-in times, which made for a disappointing start.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic. I loved that it was so close to the bus station and very convenient for sightseeing around the city. It made getting around really easy, which is a huge plus when visiting Rome.
Dining
5.0
I didn't really experience dining options at the boutique, but having a coffee machine was definitely a nice touch for my morning routine.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate overall. I appreciated having the option for housekeeping and a coffee machine in the room, but I did feel like there could have been more attention to details, especially regarding upkeep.

5.4/10

I stayed at Boutique Art Giulivia for three nights in the rooftop apartment. The location was excellent, right next to the university and close to public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. The amazing terrace view added charm, but there were some drawbacks. like a lack of basic kitchen items and some issues with cleanliness.

Rooms
8.0
The rooftop room was cozy and accommodated my group of three comfortably. There was air conditioning to keep us cool, and we appreciated the coffee machine and the terrace. However, it lacked duvet covers and a few kitchen essentials.
Service
5.0
The host was kind and flexible, but I felt there could have been better communication. I never met the owner, which made check-in and check-out somewhat problematic. No transport arrived as promised, and there were no instructions for the keys.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the best aspects of my stay. it was safe and close to bus stops and the metro, making it convenient to reach major attractions in about 30 minutes.
Dining
6.0
There was a small convenience store right below, which was handy for quick snacks and drinks. However, the kitchen could use more utensils and cookware to really make cooking enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
I liked having a washing machine and ironing facilities. The amenities were generally adequate but the bathroom needed attention. the shower head was broken and the drain was nearly clogged.

However, the check-in process was frustrating, as I had to wait longer than expected to get into my room. The amenities were decent, and the shared spaces offered a cozy vibe, though the lack of responsiveness from the host was disappointing.

The Beautiful Double Room was comfortable and equipped with a coffee machine, but there were shared spaces that may not suit everyone's preference.

I had a mixed experience at Boutique Art Giulivia in Rome. While the location was fantastic and the room had essential amenities like a coffee machine and reliable Wi-Fi, the arrival process was frustrating. We had to wait significantly longer than expected to check into our room, which really dampened our spirits during a short stay.

Rooms

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with comfortable amenities for a family, but the bathroom could use some renovation.
